Terms
Last updated: 27 August 2026
SERVEOT is operated from the Netherlands by its founder. By using it you agree to what is below. If you do not, do not use it.
What SERVEOT sells
Searches. You describe what you need, SERVEOT searches its partner network and its opportunity database, and sends back at most two results with the reason each one fits. SmartMatch does this automatically; Personal Search is the founder doing it by hand. SERVEOT Growth is a monthly plan for people who search regularly. Shop Clothing is a separate search across independent shops for people buying clothes rather than making them.
Credits
Searches are paid for with credits, bought singly or in bundles. Submitting a search reserves one credit; delivering results uses it. If nothing suitable is found the reservation is released and the credit returns to your balance, so a search that comes back empty costs nothing. Credits do not expire. What happens to unused ones if you want your money back is set out in the refund policy.
Your account
Give accurate information about yourself or your company, keep it current, and behave professionally towards anyone you are introduced to. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by someone you gave access to.
Profiles SERVEOT created
Many profiles in the network were built by SERVEOT from what a company publishes about itself. Those companies are not members, have agreed to nothing, and can have the profile corrected or removed on request, the same day. Claiming a profile means taking responsibility for what it says.
Not a marketplace
Nobody browses the network. There is no public directory, and being in the network does not make you visible to visitors or to other members. You are put forward when a search matches what you do.
What is between you and a partner
Everything after the introduction. Contracts, prices, samples, deadlines, quality and delivery are agreed between you and them. SERVEOT takes no commission on any of it, is not a party to it, and cannot enforce it. Where a payment is routed through SERVEOT, the separate protection described on For Brands applies to that payment only.
What you must not do
- Create fake, misleading or fraudulent accounts, or claim a profile that is not yours.
- Scrape, copy or resell the network, its records, or search results.
- Spam, harass or mislead anyone you are introduced to.
- Use SERVEOT to route work away from a partner and around the terms you agreed with them.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time. SERVEOT can suspend an account that breaks the rules above, and will say why. A partner profile can be removed on request whatever the reason.
Liability
SERVEOT is provided as it is. To the maximum extent the law allows, SERVEOT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its liability for anything else is limited to what you paid it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under EU or Dutch law.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did, and material changes are announced to anyone with an account before they take effect.
Law
Dutch law applies, and the Dutch courts have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to your own.
