Searching is free. Tell us what you are looking for, we search the private partner network, and you see how many fit before you decide anything. Opening them gives you up to 2 matches with the reason each one fits. If nothing fits, there is nothing to pay.
Every search can be different. Look for a manufacturer this time and a photographer the next, or for work rather than for people. A bundle does not lock you into one kind of search.
One submitted search uses one credit. If nothing genuinely fits, the credit comes back and I look at it myself. Nothing weak is added to reach two.

An alert tells you how many new records fit your brief. It never sends the names: seeing them means running the brief, which costs a credit like any other search and still comes back with nothing when nothing fits.
Cancel anytime. You keep the credits and the support for the month you have paid for.
Sourcing support means asking about manufacturers, production, MOQ, sampling, photography, models or what to do next. It is not a standing consultancy retainer.
Paying through SERVEOT
You do not have to wire money to a stranger.
The hard part of a first order is not finding the factory. It is sending a few thousand euros to a company you met last week.
So you can run the payment through SERVEOT. It settles with our payment provider and only goes on to the partner once the goods have arrived and you have had 3 days to check them, or the moment you say you are happy. Report a problem and nothing moves until it is settled.
For a bigger run it can go in steps: production started, production finished, delivered. Each step is released only after the partner shows the work and you approve it. Ask me before you pay and I will set it up.
This protects the payment, not the parcel. SERVEOT does not insure shipments, so arrange transport insurance with your carrier if the value warrants it. A payment made outside SERVEOT is not protected.

There is never a commission on an introduction, or on what you agree with a partner afterwards. Paying through SERVEOT is a separate service you choose to use, and if a fee is ever charged for it, it will be published here and shown before you pay — never taken out of what you agreed with them.
