SERVEOT ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we process and why. We only process the data needed to connect you with the right people.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), user type.
• Profile data you choose to add: company details, portfolio, location, links.
• Verification documents, handled securely and never shown publicly.
• Usage data needed to operate the platform (e.g. notifications, activity).

How we use it

To run the search service, match you with relevant partners, secure your account, send notifications you have opted into, and comply with legal obligations. SERVEOT is not a marketplace and nobody browses the network, so your profile is not shown to visitors or to other members; it is put forward when a search matches what you do.

Sharing

We never sell your data. Profile information is visible to other members as you configure it. Verification documents are accessible only to authorized administrators.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time via contact@serveot.com.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it on request or after account closure, subject to legal requirements.
