A search that finds nothing is not charged for

This is the important one, and it is not a refund. When you submit a search, one credit is reserved. If nothing suitable comes back, that reservation is released and the credit is in your account again, ready to use on a different brief. Nothing is deducted and there is nothing to claim. Credits you have bought and not used

Ask and you get your money back for them, at the price you paid, for as long as they are unused. Write to contact@serveot.com from the address the account is under. There is no time limit and no form.

A search that has been delivered

Once results have been sent, the credit has been used and is not refunded. What you paid for is the search and the judgement in it, not a guarantee that a partner replies, quotes a price you like, or takes the work. If you think the results were not a genuine answer to what you asked for, say so and I will look at it myself.

Personal Search

Cancel before I have started and it is refunded in full. Once the work is under way it is not, because the work is the product. I will tell you when I start.

SERVEOT Growth

Cancel any time from your settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. The current period is not refunded, except that any credits granted in it and still unused are, under the rule above.

Money paid to a partner through SERVEOT

That is a different thing and this policy does not cover it. A payment made through SERVEOT is held and only passed on once the goods have arrived and you have had time to check them; if something is wrong you report it and nothing moves until it is settled. How paying through SERVEOT works.

If you are buying as a consumer

Nothing here takes away rights you have under EU or Dutch consumer law, including the statutory right of withdrawal. Where this policy is more generous than the law, this policy applies.
