SERVEOT is only as valuable as the standard of the people on it. These are the rules every member agrees to when they join.
Represent yourself honestly
Your profile must describe a real business or a real professional. Do not overstate your capacity, certifications or lead times, and do not present work you did not do as your own portfolio.
Keep reviews genuine
Reviews may only be left after a real collaboration. Buying, trading, incentivising or writing reviews for yourself is grounds for removal. We do not generate reviews or ratings on your behalf, ever.
Be professional in messages
Reach out with a clear, specific brief. Mass-sending identical messages, chasing members who have declined, or sending unsolicited sales pitches unrelated to fashion is not allowed.
Respect confidential work
Tech packs, samples, pricing and designs shared with you in a conversation stay between you and that member. Do not forward them or reuse them elsewhere.
Stand behind what you agree
Honour what you agree. Contracts, payments and deliverables are between members, but repeated reports of non-payment or non-delivery will cost you your place on the platform.
No discrimination or harassment
Decisions about who you work with must never be based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality. Harassment of any member results in immediate removal.
How we enforce this
Reports are reviewed by a person. Depending on what we find we may ask for a correction, remove content, withdraw a verification badge, or suspend the account. Serious cases such as fraud, impersonation or harassment are removed immediately and permanently.
