There is no team.
SERVEOT is one person. I do the searching, the writing, the code and the invoices, and there are no open roles because there are no roles. I would rather say that here than run a careers page that implies a floor of people and a talent pipeline.
Why it is built this way
Because the promise only works at this size. When a brand pays for a search and nothing suitable comes back, the money goes back. A company with salaries to cover finds that promise harder to keep every month, which is why nobody else makes it. Staying small is not modesty, it is what the product rests on.
Three ways people do end up working with SERVEOT
- As a partner. Manufacturers, designers, photographers, models, studios and suppliers are in the network and get put in front of brands who are looking for exactly what they do. It costs nothing, and there is no commission on the work. How that works.
- On one specific thing. If you do something I do not — a photographer for a shoot, a developer for a piece of work, somebody who knows a market I do not — write to me about that thing rather than about a job.
- By pointing me at someone good. The most useful message I get is “you should know this factory, here is why”. That is genuinely how a lot of the network was built.
If you still want to write
Then write. contact@serveot.com, and tell me what you would do rather than what you have done. If this ever becomes a business with room for someone, the person who sent that email is who I will go back to.
